THE TENNIS PARK

Reservation Rules

  1. A user name and password is required to make a reservation. You must be a member of The Tennis Park to use the online reservation system. To get a user name and password, contact info@thetennispark.com or call 210-493-7777.
  2. All reservations will be scheduled by registered members of The Tennis Park. If you need help or assistance with the reservation system or a reservation call 210-493-7777 or e-mail Info@thetennispark.com.
  3. Tennis court reservations may be made up to 4 days in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show for a reservation and failure to cancel the reservation, will be given a warning the first incident. Individuals reserving the courts who repeatedly fail to show or to cancel, will be restricted from using the reservation system.
  4. Only members of The Tennis Park at Whispering Oaks Swim and Tennis Club, in good standing may use the online reservation system and the tennis courts.
  5. At least one member per court must be present. Guests are charged $5.00. You can pay your guest fee online www.thetennispark.com or at the Tennis Clubhouse.
  6. Courts can be reserved for 30, 60 or 90 minutes max. Members are allowed one reservation per day. No back to back reservations are allowed to extend time. League or USTA matches, League or USTA practices and The Tennis Park tournament matches and special events, may exceed this time limit.
  7. When not reserved on-line, court use is on a first-come basis. Only member's of the Tennis Park, may use the facilities.

  8. Court reservations will be forfeited 10 minutes after posted reservation time and courts then will become available on a first-come, first-served basis. The court will then be usable by other individuals or teams.
  9. Proper Tennis etiquette must be observed at all times: i. Proper tennis shoes and tennis apparel must be worn while on the courts. ii. Only players are allowed on the court. Those not playing tennis must remain outside the fence. iii. Players should not interrupt play or distract players on the other court for any reason including the following: 1. Retrieving balls during play of a game. 2. Loud or continued talking or playing of music 3. Entering or exiting the courts by walking behind other players.
  10. Children age 15 or younger are not allowed to reserve courts with or without parents next to any league court.
